We will actively help you schedule and provide real-time availability options (where applicable). Our goal is to provide you with an exceptional customer experience despite the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.

Standard cancellation policy
Reimbursement of previously purchased Experience(s) is not permitted after ticket(s)/redemption codes have been sent to you. Due to security and fraud prevention, we cannot void any tickets issued.
If cancellation is requested before the ticket(s)/redemption codes have been issued, you may request for a cancellation. Store Credit for the full-amount (excluding all 3rd party payment processing fees) will be issued to you. No cash refunds will be provided.
Failure to attend an Experience, or an error in the purchase of tickets is not a valid reason for cancellations / refunds.
Cancellations due to weather
If you cancel the Experience(s) due to Force Majeure Events, GoLivMo is not required to pay for such Experience(s). If the weather creates a safety concern, either before the experience, Creators may cancel the experience. If this happens, Creators will provide a full refund (excluding all 3rd party payment processing fees). If an experience is canceled after the experience has started, it will be considered an act-of-god and no refunds can be issued.
Cancellations due to an emergency.
No refunds will be issued for End Customer cancellations due to unforeseen experience, event, attraction closings, flight delays, flight cancellation, and other uncontrollable factors. In the event that an Experience is canceled by the Creator, GoLivMo will provide an option of booking an alternative date or a full refund (excluding all 3rd party payment processing fees).
Foreign Exchange Rates
Please note that due to fluctuating foreign exchange rates and other possible banking charges, the company cannot be held responsible for any difference between the amount paid and the amount refunded.
Credit card processing fee is a 3rd Party charge that is non-refundable.
COVID-19 SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, all experiences (where applicable) will be subject to elevated health and safety guidelines.
All guests must practice safe distancing of minimum 1 metre.
Personal protection masks must be worn at all times, except when participating in activities.
Guests are required to sanitize hands after touching any common surfaces.
Reduced maximum group sizes to follow governmental guidelines.
